About Us

We are process servers with years of experience. We serve legal papers in accordance Rules 4 and 304 of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, the Federal Rules where applicable, and other pertinent law. We serve legal papers that have been issued by Colorado state and federal courts or administrative agencies, as well as documents that are otherwise required by law to be served. These include summons, complaints, court orders, discovery documents, legal notices, subpoenas, and others. 

We have accomplished thousands of successful, timely, problem-free serves.  While we cannot guarantee successful service in every case we close nearly all of our cases within the applicable time limits.   We are a small company and we handle all cases in-house.
