tO request service

Call to request service, or to set up an account.  You can send us the service documents by mail, email to ColoradoReadyServe@gmail.com, or deposited directly on our private server. Please include a cover page including all available service information, such as the full name, date of any hearing being noticed, residential address, work address (if available), phone number, age or DOB, partial SSN (if available), make, model, color of the servee's vehicle, and/or any other information you have that might be helpful to locate and identify the servee.  

Upon completion of service you will receive the following in pdf format (or hard copy if you wish):  A clear and concise Return of Service (proof of service that you file with the court) that is in compliance with applicable law and rules; along with an invoice. 

In the instances that the servee cannot be found (deceased, moved out state, etc.), we will provide you with a printed Declaration of Non-Service stating the reason(s) why.  

In the extremely rare event that service is ever challenged in court, the individual server will be made available to testify.  

We pride ourselves in QUICK TURNAROUND and we close nearly all of our cases within the time limits imposed by law.
